Hmm. I usually use kill-yank to reorder my tasks, and planner.el won't
be able to pick up on that. This functionality looks like it will fit
into planner-lower-priority and planner-raise-priority. To implement
it, we would need to keep track of which task we're exchanging with.
I'll calendar this task, but will be pretty busy for a while. Anyone
want to work on it?
