It worked in previous versions

shows up after "emacs-wiki-publish-index" calls as this

../../../../server/htdocs/wikiemacs/ChangeLog.html
or this
../../../../PATH-TO-emacs-wiki.el/ChangeLog.html

so ../../../../ should be  c:/ or file:///c:/ in the first example.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Tried transform
