That is exceedingly odd. Did you update planner at the same time?
Could you try
tla replay --reverse planner--dev--patch-59
I've also merged in Gary Vaughan's code for doing subdirectories. This
could affect performance, but I haven't looked at it closely. If you
want to try emacs-wiki without it,
tla replay --reverse emacs-wiki--dev--patch-21
