How odd! emacs-wiki-name-regexp was
"\\<[A-Z][a-z]+\\([A-Z][a-z]+\\)+\\(#\\S-[A-Za-z0-9]+\\)?" "\\)")
Corrected this to
"\\<[A-Z][a-z]+\\([A-Z][a-z]+\\)+\\(#[A-Za-z0-9]+\\)?" "\\)")
and links seem to work again, at least over here. Also, recently had a
problem with URL escaping being done a little too aggressively.
