In some cases, we can't place the cursor at the middle of overlay
string with the 'cursor' text property.
Here's how to reproduce:
1. emacs -Q -D
2. (setq overlay (make-overlay 1 1))
3. (setq str (make-string 100 ?a))
(put-text-property 40 41 'cursor t str)
(overlay-put overlay 'before-string str)
4. M-<
Then the cursor is at the middle of the first line.
This is correct.
5. (setq str (make-string 100 ?a))
(put-text-property 90 91 'cursor t str)
(overlay-put overlay 'before-string str)
6. M-<
Then the cursor disappears. This seems to be wrong.
