ISO 8859-1 and others can't display NO-BREAK SPACE

Hello!
In ISO 8859-1, ISO 8859-6, ISO 8859-10, ISO 8859-13, ISO 8859-15, and
ISO 8859-16 the NO-BREAK SPACE character isn't correctly displayed as
kind of white space but as \ with some space. In the other Latin
encodings it looks better. C-u C-x = tells me:
