I see this fragment:

highlighted in face „org-code“. I think the => should not be interpreted as
code markers (=these ones=).
Change the colours to see it better while testing:
(set-face-background 'org-code "#141")
(set-face-foreground 'org-code "#1f1")
(set-face-underline-p 'org-code nil)
