    Development restarts; remove old notices
    
    I do not plan to make many changes to the project.  I just think it is
    worth maintaining it into the foreseeable future, as I keep getting
    questions/remarks about MCT.
    
    What will definitely change are removals of all sorts.  I want to keep
    only the code that actually works and not run any weird experiments.
