org-manual: Clarify similarities and differences between HTML pre/postamble

    * doc/org-manual.org (HTML preamble and postamble): Clarify that
`org-html-postamble' can take the same values with
`org-html-preamble'. Highlight, that `org-html-postamble' can also be
    set to `auto'.
