    Change some declare form properties
    
    * dash.el (--splice): Fix Edebug spec after recent rewrite.
    (---truthy?, -list, -cons-pair?, -rpartial, -juxt, -compose)
    (-applify, -on, -flip, -const, -not, -orfn, -andfn): Mark as
    error-free in addition to side-effect-free.
