    Minor changes as suggested by Stefan Monnier.
    
      - Copyright assignment is current as of 2022
      - Documentation for user/container to match GNU guidelines.
      - Reword “Privileges” section to be more natural.
      - Change ‘nspawn-tramp-machinectl-path’ to
      ’nspawn-tramp-machinectl-file-name’ to match GNU guidelines.
