alway be set, no need deal with at this point.

posframe-mouse-banish can be a cons (x . y)
       new  8c124f6   * posframe.el (posframe-refposhandler-xwininfo): Add 
FIXME about remove shell depend.
       new  469894b   * posframe.el (posframe--mouse-banish): move to (0, 0) 
when posframe-mouse-banish is non-nil and not a cons.
