    Use cl-lib, nadvice, and lexical-binding
    
    (delight--inhibit): Rename from inhibit-mode-name-delight to clean up
    namespace use.
    (delight--format-mode-line): New function, extracted from the old defadvice.
    (format-mode-line): Replace defadvice with advice-add.
