Avoid crashing Emacs by resizing its frame into 0x0
* exwm-floating.el (exwm-floating--do-moveresize):
* exwm-layout.el (exwm-layout-enlarge-window): Resizing a frame into
0x0 crashes Emacs so additional checks are required.
