[elpa] master a2c4d8d: Remove use of string-make-unibyte and other clean

From: Andrew Hyatt
Subject: [elpa] master a2c4d8d: Remove use of string-make-unibyte and other cleanups.
Date: Tue, 13 Jun 2017 00:05:33 -0400 (EDT)

branch: master
commit a2c4d8d26bfe4659abad484afb8369bfb0f1a350
Author: Andrew Hyatt <address@hidden>
Commit: Andrew Hyatt <address@hidden>

    Remove use of string-make-unibyte and other cleanups.

    From a patch by Stefan Monnier:

    * websocket.el: Change to lexical binding, remove uses of lexical-let.
    * websocket.el: Add 2017 as a copyright year.
    * websocket.el: Use cl-lib instead of cl.
    * websocket.el (websocket-get-bytes, websocket-to-bytes): Use %S
      instead of %s in error format str.
    * websocket.el (websocket-mask): Switch to unibyte-string instead of
      the deprecated string-make-unified.
    * websocket.el (websocket-encode-frame): Use pcase instead of cond.
