[gnugo int] Use "%F" and "%T".
* packages/gnugo/gnugo.el
(gnugo-display-final-score, gnugo) ...here,
in ‘format-time-string’ calls, instead of the
more verbose "%Y-%m-%d" and "%H:%M:%S", respectively.
