    Document that 'transient-mark-mode' is off in batch mode
    
    * doc/emacs/mark.texi (Mark, Disabled Transient Mark): Document,
    belatedly, that 'transient-mark-mode' is turned on by default only
    in interactive sessions.  (Bug#59201)
