    Enable Tramp reloading
    
    * lisp/net/tramp.el (tramp-file-name): Add ;;;###tramp-autoload
    cookie.  (Bug#50869)
    
    * test/lisp/net/tramp-tests.el (tramp-test47-unload): Do not skip.
    Test reload.
