    Make stderr in Tramp's make-process more robust
    
    * lisp/net/tramp-sh.el (tramp-sh-handle-make-process): Wrap about
    error in inserting stderr file.
    
    * lisp/net/tramp.el (tramp-handle-make-process): Fix docstring.
