Obsolete eldoc-message
* lisp/emacs-lisp/eldoc.el (eldoc-message-function): Mentione
eldoc--message.
(eldoc-message): Made obsolete.
(eldoc--message): New helper.
(eldoc--handle-docs)
(eldoc-pre-command-refresh-echo-area)
(eldoc-print-current-symbol-info): Use it.
