    Expand coverage of unit tests for time-stamp
    
    * test/lisp/time-stamp-tests.el: Remove redundant word "test"
    from the names of all the tests.
    (time-stamp-custom-time-zone, time-stamp-custom-pattern,
    time-stamp-custom-inserts-lines, time-stamp-custom-count,
    time-stamp-helper-safe-locals): New tests
