    Improve documentation of features that use the fringes
    
    * doc/emacs/display.texi (Fringes): Add cross-reference to
    where indicate-empty-lines is described.
    (Useless Whitespace): Add an @anchor for a more accurate
    cross-reference in "Fringes".
