* lisp/emacs-lisp/bytecomp.el: Silence noninteractive compilations
(byte-compile--interactive): New var.
(byte-compile--message): New function.
(byte-compile-log-1, byte-force-recompile)
(byte-recompile-directory, byte-recompile-file)
(byte-compile-file, compile-defun)
(byte-compile-file-form-defmumble, byte-compile)
(byte-compile-file-form-defalias, display-call-tree): Use it.
