Log message:
        Remove leading `*' from defcustom docs.
        Remove needless autoloads of many defcustoms.
        (rmail-output-to-babyl-buffer): Rename from
        rmail-output-to-r-mail-buffer and update caller.
        (rmail-output): Doc fix.
