        (pmail-output-to-r-mail-buffer): New function.
        (pmail-output-as-babyl): Use it.
        (pmail-output-to-pmail-buffer): New function.
        (pmail-output-as-mbox): Use it.
        (pmail-output-as-seen): Pass t to pmail-output-as-mbox.
        (pmail-output): Call set-buffer later.
