Thanks. I have a fair bit of experience looking at those things to try
and whittle down the set of people we need to contact. Let me know if
I can help.

PS: Also, if/when you send the form to those people, you can now include
an additional entry at the end so *you* get notified when the paperwork
is finally done (by default only the official Emacs maintainers get the
notification).
