vc-git: add-change-log-entry-other-window adds branch to entry, vc-hg?

Hi 

I  just realized that add-change-log-entry-other-window
inserts the name of the actual branch into the ChangeLog file, nice!

Could that also be done for hg? Either the «named branch» name or a topic
(which is a bit more exotic)?
