I'd like to use hyper-i as the alternative for C-x 8. How?
I tried this:
(global-set-key (kbd "C-; i") 'iso-transl-ctl-x-8-map)
and this works except that whereas
Describe-key for the various C-x 8 <chars> shows those keys to run
self-insert-command,
Describe-key on C-; i <chars> shows they run kbd-macro.
