We will continue handling Emacs with copyright assignments _and_
employer copyright disclaimers, because that is the way to keep the
legal situation clear and keep the community safe.

We are looking at the idea of accepting some kind of DCO
from some contributors -- for FSF-copyrighted GNU packages
in general -- but the DCO does not do the same job as an
employer copyright disclaimer, so we will still want those.

I am writing something to publish about this.
