I did not commit the code to do that, because it requires the drafted
capability "chathistory". This is still not widely supported, and the
specification is not final, so I hesitate to add it just yet.

The spec does not allow that just yet (for now you can request before T,
after T, latest, around T, between T and S), but we might be able to
make use of the draft status to suggest adding this functionality.
