Copyright assignment

Hi y’all,

I am currently trying to get a pull request merged into a package on emacs 
called expand-region.el. The owner of the repo stated that I need to get a 
copyright assignment in order to contribute. Is there a place where I can get 
the files to sign online and where should I send them to?
