I agree, don't remove any material that is
technically correct and written in a balanced
and objective tone.

I also agree re: composition, put the most
important material first, simplify to a bunch
of slogans if need be! but obviously don't
simplify beyond the line of, err, correctness.

After that, again assuming everything's sound,
please go on, elaborate everything 10 or 100
pages, or just how many it takes!

The journey is the goal...
