"C-h S" (`info-lookup-symbol') is good for symbols "as found in the
relevant manual". This is OK for symbols which belong to the major mode
of the visited file.

Reading info-look.el it is not clear to me, how I could configure it to
show symbols from the Gnus or Tramp manual, for example.
