small patch for TUTORIAL.ru

Hello

Can somebody install the small patch for TUTORIAL.ru to fix the problems
reported by user.  One of the problem was that mode did change after saving
the file - instead fundamental, the ruby-mode was activated (that is new
behavior that didn't exist before)
