There are new tricks at Digital Ocean, Google and what RHEL learns from their

My point is Enterprise RHEL will have to upgrade constantly, report a breach
within 72-hours or pay 4% of revenue.

You misunderstand.
I was upset by the idea of paying more to not upgrade.
