> It depends on how much you need to debug on the C level. -O2 is > almost impossible to debug, -Og is significantly better (but still > some functions cannot be stepped into, and some backtraces will lie). So far I debugged exclusively with -O0. I'm prepared that things will get worse in this regard. Maybe I'll try -Og. Thanks, martin
