Issue with interacting with the GPG card

Hi,

        I have been having an issue with interacting with GPG using the
 gnupg-agent when the key is on the FSF GPG card. When using an emacs
 compiled from git master HEAD
 (commit5a0472e8ea9128f75bca04f5f65682ae8280c208) I am seeing a failure
 to load an gpg encrypted file. With an emacs compiled on February 8th
 it loads just fine.

        When I revert the gpg.conf to use a key that is on the file
 system (and not on the gpg card) both versions load the file fine, so
 this regression is only the interaction with the gpg card. I do use
 gpg2 and the gnupg-agent in either case.

        I have bisected the issue down the the following commit:

    Default to gpg2 instead of gpg

    * lisp/epg-config.el (epg-gpg-program): Prefer gpg2 over gpg, if
    it exists. This fixes many problems with using the GPG
    authentication agent.

        I have reported this as a bug so it may be tracked

 Pardon me if it is rude to also communicate this to the development
 list.
