IIRC the database could be retrieved via rsync. Glenn would know.

Clearly it suffers from some kind of bias since it only considers people
who submitted bug-reports. Also, it will tend to be conservative since
we ask people to try and reproduce the bugs in "a vanilla config", so
they may end up sending their reports from an Emacs that's more
"vanilla" than their typical Emacs session.
