Right, but the comment in the glibc include suggests that the name is
non-standard, and there only for compatibility:
*#ifdef __USE_MISC*
/* Old compatibility names for C types. */
*typedef* *unsigned* *long* *int* ulong;
*typedef* *unsigned* *short* *int* ushort;
*typedef* *unsigned* *int* uint;
*#endif*
With other compilers, this definition may not exist, so the code should
be changed.
