It's up to Richard, but if it's important not to lose the information
that's now in ChangeLog.unicode, we could perhaps add it verbatim to
the trunk, and then immediately delete it.  It will then remain in the
attic, where everyone could find it (and the main ChangeLog could
state that, in case we forget).

Just a thought.
