Is anyone maintaining generic-x.el?

I'm specifically asking about javascript- and rul-generic-modes.

The javascript-generic-mode should be updated to support c-style /**/ 
comments (since it is in ecma-262), but there is a worrisome commment 
on 'rul-generic-mode that makes me hesitate checking it in.  If I don't 
hear anything soon I'll add it in anyway.
