At any rate, making `tool-bar-pixel-height', `menu-bar-pixel-height'

until the frame is mapped, which is too late for --fullscreen.
We could try to make this information available for other purposes.
Is there a practical use for that?
and `font-pixel-height' available would be nice.
It should be possible to determine the pixel height of the default
font (which is the number that is relevant here) by calling
frame-pixel-height and frame-height, and dividing.
But there ought to be a way to get the height of any face.
