completion-ignored-extensions doesn't work with 'CVS/'

Hm. In my completion-ignored-extensions (which isn't modified from the default
BTW).
The only problem is that this value doesn't work? I assume that because this is
an ignored-'extensions' that this would ignore a file if it looked like
"test.CVS/"
If this doesn't work then we should remove it... thoughts?
