The emacs-hackers list is a good idea for me.  Each GNU maintainer
does these things the way he sees fit; this is the way that I like to
work.  In fact, it is very important for me to reduce the number of
people I include in these discussions.  The reason is to avoid side
discussions that don't help me.  I don't have time for them; I have
too much mail to handle.
