Well, there are lots of stuff that _ought_ to be done, such as a full
port to Emacs 19. I never missed a menu bar as much as when I have
used Calc. However, I don't think the lack of such a port should
delay its inclusion in Emacs 21, just having an official person to
send patches to, will increase the chance that someone do so.
