No, not if you want to succeed.  You have to follow lots of detailed
legal steps if you want lawful protection.  People who tell you
otherwise are either ignorant or trying to sucker you.

Please follow the recommendations, boring, unpleasant, and tedious as
they are.  They make a difference.  

We do not live in a world inhabited only by good people.
