mh-e user count

Folks,

  I'd like to create a list of you who are using mh-e. Please send me
  a note if you are.

  Also, one pretester has encountered a small problem with mh-e; the
  *mh-temp* buffer is shown after sending a message. Please indicate
  in your note whether you are observing this behavior or not.
