Hi,

currently I am unable to obtain libgcrypt source locally,
the first mirror artfiles.org gives 404, which is fine,
and is skipped. The second one also doesn't know about the file
(and upon looking at the page and links in it, I cannot find much
about it being a file mirror). The problem is that it doesn't give
out 404, but 200, with error message in body. This means guix thinks
it got the file, but all it got is a webpage. It then checks the
hash that doesn't match.

I am not sure what the best solution would be here - would it make
sense to move the mirror down in the list if it's behaving wrongly?
Is it still a mirror?

Regards,
Rutherther
