28.0.60; Broken make install |

Trying to package cdbd03345d57339cce5709cc08fdcd3a96c79ce7, configured
with
configure --with-native-compilation --prefix=/usr 'CFLAGS=-O2
-march=native -fomit-frame-pointer'
make install DESTDIR=emacs_28.0.60-1_amd64 fails with
/usr/bin/install: cannot create regular file
'emacs_28.0.60-1_amd64/usr/libexec/emacs/28.0.60/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/emacs.pdmp':
No such file or directory
After creating the directory manually, installation does finish, despite
some errors midway looking like
gzip: emacs_28.0.60-1_amd64/usr/share/info/bovine.info: No such file
or directory
However the installation is not complete. lib-src executables end up
installed in ./lib-src/emacs_28.0.60-1_amd64/usr instead of
./emacs_28.0.60-1_amd64/usr
