Hello, Emacs.

The Subject: says it all, really. "Syntax Table Internals" is missing a
bit that says:

    `c' `(1 lsh 23)'

. Is it too late to fix for Emacs 26.1? If not, should I fix it, or
will you (Eli) do it?
